Waste Accepted: Combustion By-Products Landfill Fly ash, bottom ash, economizer rejects, pulverized rejects, and flue gas desulfurization ie. scrubber sludge coal combustion by-products and flue gas emission wastes. Sanitary Landfill Non-hazardous waste, common refuse, miscellaneous, and special wastes generated on site. Wastes Excluded: Combustion By-Products Landfill All other wastes. Sanitary Landfill Free liquids, large quantities of combustion by-product, and RCRA hazardous wastes. Permit Effective Date: February 15, 2007 through February 16, 2017 |
