This permit is for the disposal of non-hazardous solid waste that may include, municipal solid waste, commercial waste, industrial waste, construction/demolition waste, and special waste as allowed by UAC R315-315. The permittee may accept conditionally exempt small quantity generator hazardous waste and PCB’s. Wastes Excluded: No hazardous waste or PCB’s waste, except as allowed in Section IB of this permit, may be accepted for treatment, storage, or disposal at the facility will constitute a violation of this permit.
