In their regular meeting on September 10, 2009, the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board approved, for public comment, proposed rule changes for the Utah Hazardous Waste Rules. The public comment period begins on October 1, 2009, with the publication of the proposed rule changes in the Utah Bulletin and will end on November 2, 2009.
Comments will be received on the proposed rule changes until 5:00 p.m. on November 2, 2009. Comments should be addressed to:
