12/17/09 - EnergySolutions, LLC has requested a Class 2 modification (09.03389) to its State-issued Part B Permit to approve revisions of Attachment II-6, the Continency Plan. The revisions include updates to the list of emergency coordinators, list of emergency equipment, and plan exhibits. EnergySolutions will hold a public information meeting on 12/17/09 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tooele County Courthouse. Comment period: 11/9/09 1/8/2010. Contact: Otis Willoughby
