All large quantity hazardous waste generators and treatment, storage, and disposal facilities in the State are required to submit a hazardous waste generation and management report to the Division every two years. Filers are strongly encouraged to submit their report electronically. The Division has a contract with American Resource Management to use their Easitrak© hazardous waste reporting software. The web-based program allows generators to complete and submit their report on-line. All electronic filers must also complete and mail to the Division a signed Declaration of Electronic Filing which is generated by the Easitrak© software. These data are reviewed and evaluated by the Planning Section prior to being forwarded to the EPA for inclusion in the national Biennial Hazardous Waste Report. The Planning Section also produces a state 2003 Hazardous Waste Generation and Management Report
, 2005 Hazardous Waste Generation and Management Report every two years which is available on the Web and may be viewed on-line in PDF format.
