Hazardous Waste Storage Permit
The Deseret Chemical Depot RCRA Part B Hazardous Waste Storage Permit was issued in 1993, and renewed in 2004. The Permit allows storage of hazardous waste in Area 10 and at the Chemical Agent Munition Disposal System.
Hazardous Waste Treatment Permit for the Rapid Response System Miscellaneous Unit
The Deseret Chemical Depot RCRA Part B Hazardous Waste Treatment Permit for the Rapid Response System Miscellaneous Unit will allow treatment of Chemical Agent Identification Sets (CAIS) currently stored at Deseret Chamical Depot.
