Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA)
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Wastes' files are open for public review Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. In order to accommodate everyone wishing to view files, an appointment is necessary. The Division's Record Officer is Terry Montgomery 801-536-0228 or by e-mail.
Duplication and Payment Information
If the Division makes copies for you, there will be a charge of $0.25 per side, or you may use our copy machine (subject to availability) for $0.05 per side. You may bring in your own duplicating equipment or hire an outside agency to copy files (with sufficient notice). All file review/coping must be done in our office, as our records may not leave this site. No matter who makes the copies, the first ten are free. Payment by cash or check must be received prior to delivery of copies.

- A hard copy of the RCRA list for Utah is available for $7.50, or you can download a copy. You may also access this list via the Environmental Protection Agency's page EPA's RCRA list.
