RCRA Hazardous Waste Permit
The mission of TOCDF is to destroy the aging chemical munitions stockpile in storage at the Deseret Chemical Depot. The Chemical Demilitarization Section of the Utah Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste regulates this process through a RCRA Part B Permit. The Chemical Demilitarization Section also has an oversite program to ensure compliance with all permit conditions.
